Bryan Adkins - vocals and bass
Craig Hardy - guitar
Kelly Kamplain - drums
Another one of the Visalia punk bands that I include in the Fresno punk history. I remember seeing Brian at the
Dead Kennedys gig at the Belmont Ballroom in 1980. That's the two budding punk musicians there in the thumbnail in
the front row of said show. We talked and he told me of a band he, Kelly and Craig Hardy had formed that was called
"My Three Sons". Clever name for a punk band, and with Brian's good looks I thought, "They must be good". I
mentioned to Kelly recently that several of us, back in the day thought Brian looked a little like Sting and he told me
they used to kid him about it and called him "Stink". I got a big laugh out of that one.

Here's what Bryan Adkins has to say about how he discovered punk rock:
THE FUNNY THING ABOUT WHAT I WAS DOING RIGHT BEFORE
DISCOVERING WAS I HAD ALREADY BEEN LISTENING TO IT.
I EITHER HAD VINYL OR A CASSETTE TAPE OF THE RAMONES/ IGGY POP &
THE STOOGES / NEW YORK DOLLS, BUT YOU KNOW AS WELL AS I THAT
PRIOR TO WHAT I NOW WILL TELL AS
MY DISCOVERY OF WHAT WAS CALLED PUNK ROCK:
I HAD COME HOME TO MY PARENTS HOUSE, THIS WAS LATE
1976, I WALKED INTO WHERE MY PARENTS WERE WATCHING
THE NEWS ON TV. MY DAD SAID TO HURRY AND COME INTO CHECK
SOMTHIN' ON THE NEWS. SO, I GO IN AND THE
NEWSCASTER SAID, "IS THIS THE NEW FACE OF
ROCK & ROLL ?"
AND ON TV WHAT DO THEY SHOW? THE SEX
PISTOLS PLAYIN AT SOME PUB CLUB. THEY ALSO INTERVIEWED MALCOM
MACLAREN AND SHOWED THE
CLOTHING SHOP CALLED SEX. THEY TRIED TO TALK TO SOME OF THE
LOCAL PUNK ROCKERS. IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS NEWS SEGMENT BOTH
MY PARENTS ASK ME BRYAN WHAT IS THIS
AND I SAID------------ I DONT KNOW BUT I LIKE IT!!!!!!!
MY DISCOVERY OF PUNK ROCK.
